Plain Sweet Biscuits: 250 grams
Melted Butter: 125 grams
Boiling Water: ¼ cup
Gelatine Powder: 3 teaspoons
Softened Cream Cheese: 500 grams
Vanilla Bean Paste: 1 teaspoon
Castor Sugar: ½ cup
Whipped, Thickened Cream: 300 ml
Icing Sugar Mix: for Serving
Fresh/ Frozen Blueberries: 300 grams
Method to Prepare:
Take a spring form pan also known as a ring pan and grease it well. The size should be approximately 6 cm deep and 20 cm in circumference. Separately crumble the biscuits until they are fine in texture and to this add the mentioned amount of butter. This should be mixed and processed until it gets combined well.
The mixture of the biscuit should be pressed at the base of the ring as well as the sides of the prepared pan. This should be refrigerated till the time it is firm. This might take about 20-25 minutes of your time.
Take a heatproof jug with the boiling water and sprinkle the gelatine powder on it. This should be whisked well until the gelatine dissolves completely in the water. Use a fork for the purpose.

Chocolate Cookie Crumbs: 1 ½ cups
White Sugar: 1 cup and 2 tablespoons
Cream Cheese: softened, 3 packs (8 ounce)
Heavy Whipping Cream: ¼ cup and ¼ cup
Semisweet Chocolate Chips: ¼ cup and 1 ½ cups
Butter: melted, ¼ cup
Eggs: 2
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder: 1/3 cup
Vanilla Extract: 1 teaspoon and 1 teaspoon
Method to Prepare:
Preheat the oven at 350 degree F (175 degree C) and along with that grease a 9 inch ring or springform pan.
Take a small bowl and in that mix in the chocolate cookie crumbs, about 2 tablespoons sugar and the melted butter. This should be mixed well and then pressed at the bottom and the sides of the springform pan. This should be baked in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes and then cooled.
