Take a large and deep skillet and fry the bacon in it over medium heat. This should be done for the next 10 minutes until it is completely browned. This should be put on a towel lined utensil to drain out the excess oil from it. Now crumble and keep aside.

White Sugar: 2 cups

Baking Soda: 2 teaspoons
Baking Powder: 2 teaspoons
Ground Cinnamon: 2 teaspoons
Salt: ½ teaspoon
Pecans: chopped, 2 cup
Grated Carrots: 3 cups
Softened Butter: ½ cup
Cream Cheese: softened, 8 ounces
Confectioner’s Sugar: 4 cups

Method to Prepare:

Along with preheating the oven at 350 degree F (175 degree C) also grease a 9×13 cake inch pan for baking and keep aside.

Take a large bowl separately and in this beat the eggs, oil 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract and the white sugar.
